Role Description

We are seeking experienced Department of Defense (DoD) staff writing professionals to create, review, and evaluate military reports and documentation for AI training projects. The role focuses on authentic reporting, structured writing, and compliance with DoD standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create prompts, reference responses, and reporting artifacts for WARs, SITREPs, and executive summaries.
• Develop grading guidelines to evaluate AI-generated content.
• Prepare realistic DoD reports for operational and administrative scenarios.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, tone, structure, and compliance.
• Refine prompts, responses, and evaluation rubrics based on feedback.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant U.S. DoD or federal experience.
• Experience preparing WARs, SITREPs, executive summaries.
