[Hiring] Director, SME for Financial Crime and Compliance Practice @CNX

As the Director, Specialty Sales – Financial Crime, Risk and Compliance Practice, you'll own the growth strategy for one of Concentrix's strategic solution portfolios. Leveraging your expertise in Financial Crime, Risk and Compliance, you'll identify, shape and close complex enterprise opportunities by partnering with clients to solve their most pressing regulatory, operational and business challenges.

Working closely with Account Executives, Practice Leaders and global sales teams, you'll lead complex pursuits, influence executive stakeholders and position Concentrix as a trusted advisor. You'll bring a consultative, value-led approach to helping organisations improve compliance, reduce risk and achieve stronger business outcomes through innovative technology and managed services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise B2B sales within technology services, business process outsourcing (BPO), customer experience or digital transformation within Financial Crime, Risk and Compliance.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience leading complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long sales engagements.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage C-level decision-makers.
• Expertise in solution selling, commercial negotiations and value-based sales methodologies.
• Experience working within global, matrixed organisations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to bring together technical, commercial and delivery teams to win strategic opportunities.
• Experience within Enterprise Sales, Financial Crime, Risk & Compliance solutions, customer experience and technology-enabled services is essential.
