Role Description

This is a remote position.

• Work From Home | Monday–Friday | FSC-Regulated Brand | Salary + Commission + Weekly Incentives
• Location: Fully remote
• Employment type: Freelance / Independent contractor
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-hour shift (incl. 1-hour unpaid lunch). Exact hours confirmed during recruitment.
• Markets covered: Africa, Asia, Caribbean, GCC
• Level: Experienced (not entry level)

We are recruiting on behalf of a regulated brand operating under an FSC licence that is expanding its in-house remote sales team. You'll call warm marketing leads ("white traffic"): people who have already seen and responded to one of the brand's adverts. Your job is to build rapport, present the offer clearly and compliantly, answer questions, and guide each lead through the next steps. This role suits confident, self-managing sales professionals who can deliver results and stay fully compliant in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or telesales experience in a conversion, call-centre or outbound sales environment
• Confidence on the phone and strong communication and persuasion skills
• Results-driven, with the ability to work without constant supervision
• Strong time management and self-discipline
• Ability to follow processes and stay compliant while selling
• Work-from-home experience preferred
• Regulated sales experience (e.g. forex/fintech) is an advantage

Requirements

• Make outbound calls to assigned in-house marketing leads
• Build rapport and present the brand and its offering accurately
• Answer questions, handle objections, and move leads through the next steps
• Follow approved scripts, procedures and compliance requirements on every call
• Meet KPIs for call activity, call time, call quality and conversions
• Keep accurate records of calls and lead activity
• Manage your own daily workload independently
• Take part in ongoing training and compliance updates
