Role Description

Find, pitch, and close clients who need new websites, redesigns, or development partnerships:

• Reach out to founders, business owners, and agencies via LinkedIn, cold email, or your network.
• Qualify leads and set up discovery calls.
• Close deals (our technical team joins calls to handle scoping and technical questions).

Qualifications

• Experience selling web design, development, or digital agency services.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-driven with a clear process for finding and following up with leads.
• Knows the development and design market.

Requirements

• 15%–30% commission per closed project (deals typically range from $1000–$5,000+).
• Strong, live portfolio and client proof to back up your pitches.
• Total flexibility: work on your own time from anywhere.
• Consistent closers can move to a base retainer + commission structure.
