Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, methodical, and results-oriented Social Selling Specialist / Sales Development Representative (SDR). Your main objective will be to maximize our reach on LinkedIn by executing large-scale cold outreach strategies. You will be responsible for starting conversations, capturing the interest of key decision-makers, and booking introduction calls for our sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Campaign Execution: Manage the high-volume yet personalized sending of connection requests and message sequences on LinkedIn.
• Inbox Management: Monitor and respond quickly, professionally, and persuasively to all prospect interactions.
• Scheduling: Qualify prospect interest and coordinate calendars to set up Introduction Calls (discovery or demo meetings).
• Reach Optimization: Continuously seek to maximize the weekly volume of accounts and contacts reached while respecting LinkedIn's safety limits.
• Tracking & Reporting: Keep the CRM or database updated with lead statuses and report on key metrics (acceptance rate, response rate, booked meetings).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Social Selling, SDR, BDR, or outbound B2B prospecting roles.
• Hands-on experience with automation and data scraping tools (preferably Waalaxy and Apollo.io, or similar tools like Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, Lusha).
• Excellent grammar, business writing skills, and the ability to adapt tone according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• High tolerance for rejection, consistency, and a strong focus on hitting volume and conversion goals.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous conversations without losing track or neglecting follow-ups.
