Role Description

We are engaging Salesforce Specialists to contribute expert knowledge and practical experience to a customer project focused on real-world Salesforce workflows. You'll apply your Salesforce expertise to complete and review workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

• Complete and review realistic workflows within Salesforce.
• Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records.
• Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Use Salesforce Flow and automation features to support common business processes.
• Manage, organize, and validate CRM data accurately.
• Explore Salesforce features and identify common real-world use cases.
• Document the steps required to complete different Salesforce workflows.
• Review workflows and provide feedback based on practical Salesforce experience.
• Clearly explain Salesforce processes, tools, and workflow requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience using Salesforce for sales, CRM, or business operations workflows.
• Strong understanding of CRM data management and business processes.
• Ability to explain Salesforce workflows clearly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required.
