Role Description

The Commercial & Personal Lines Insurance Producer (1099 Independent Contractor) is responsible for:

• Prospecting and self-sourcing new commercial and personal lines leads through networking, cold outreach, and referral partnerships.
• Leveraging agency rating and CRM platforms to generate accurate quotes and move prospects through the pipeline efficiently.
• Evaluating client risks to package tailored solutions across Commercial Property, Commercial Auto/Trucking, and Personal Lines.
• Delivering competitive proposals and closing high-retention policies.
• Maintaining strong client relationships to build your vested residual portfolio.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in Ohio required.
• 3+ years in insurance sales, account executive roles, or business development with a proven record of self-sourcing a book of business.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and motivated by uncapped performance compensation.
• Comfortable using modern agency CRM systems, comparative raters, and digital communication tools.
• Strong closing ability, negotiation skills, and professional communication.

• Uncapped Commission | 80/20 New Business | 60/40 Residuals (Vested)
