What you'll do

• Make live outbound calls for fast-growing B2B tech companies, reaching gatekeepers and decision-makers.
• Use Sellfire's AI-enabled platform, which handles lead lists, call prep, dialing, and coaching insights, allowing your time to focus on real conversations.
• Book qualified meetings for our customers' sales teams.
• Receive call-by-call feedback and coaching from Logic-Based Selling, our proven calling methodology.

Your first step on the sales career ladder

Requirements

• This is an independent contractor (1099) position, not employment with Sellfire.
• You set your own hours during US business hours and decide how much you work.
• You provide and maintain your own equipment.
• You choose which customer programs to work on.
• You're paid 100% commission for results, not hourly, and you're responsible for your own taxes.
• You don't receive employee benefits such as health insurance or paid time off.
• The only things we require: pass screening and the equipment check, complete certification, and meet our quality standards on every call, including sticking to each customer's approved script.
