Role Description
Contentstack is soaring at high speeds with global expansion within our partner relationship team and looking for a Sr. Partner Relationship Manager - Emerging Markets to help us expand into emerging markets for our business, specifically LATAM, India, Middle East and more. We are looking for a solution/platform-oriented individual to launch our reseller program in these regions by managing multiple processes between different stakeholders both internally and externally.
This is a quota-carrying role working exclusively on identifying the right expansion partnerships for us to invest time and resources into building reseller programs. - 360 degrees ownership driving partner relationships in your territory
- Ensure a seamless onboarding
- Increase market awareness with our marketing team
- Build a pipeline to conquer the market
- Develop joint plans with our SI network for Resell relationships
- Negotiate, formulate and sign resell agreements
- Support go-to-market and sales activity as the SME/lead for partners
- Work closely with internal cross-functional departments
- Provide guidance and strategic advice around partner growth strategies
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners
- Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices
- Manage all administrative activities related to partnerships
- Track performance through goals, OKRs, KPIs, and quotas
Qualifications
- 8+ years in partner management and driving successful partnerships with strategic technology and solutions partners
- Experience launching and managing resell relationships
- Bilingual fluency preferred (Spanish and/or Portuguese)
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong networking skills and connections at all levels
- Independent and results-oriented work style
- Strong collaboration with cross-business teams
- Positive presence and responsibility for mutual success
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Enjoyment of a fun work environment
