Role Description

This role involves working as an Inside Sales Specialist, focusing on engaging with potential clients and closing high-value deals.

Make 100+ calls/touches per day to pre-qualified leads.
Lead potential clients through the sales process, presenting service offerings and submitting contracts.
Close high-ticket deals ranging from $1,000 to $15,000.
Use CRM systems (in-house custom CRM) to manage customer information and follow up on leads.
Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects with a focus on closing deals.
Work closely with the team leader for ongoing CRM and sales technique training.

Qualifications

3-5 years of inside sales experience, ideally in a B2C environment.
Proven track record of closing contracts for high-value products or services.
Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with minimal accent.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to digital tools for calls, texts, and CRM management.
Must be comfortable working independently, while being part of a remote team.
Willingness to sign an NDA and confidentiality agreement.

C1 English level is required; the selected candidate will be speaking strictly in English during their whole shift.

Benefits

$1,280 from activity hours (8 hours/day for 20 days).
$800 from commission on sales.
$500 bonus for selling eight or more Phase One (Invention/App Initiative Guides) per month.
