Role Description

This role involves providing administrative support to a busy real estate business.

Provide backend administrative support to ensure business efficiency.
Manage emails, tasks, and schedules efficiently.
Organize and maintain records in the Follow-Up Boss CRM system.
Assist with light marketing tasks, including social media posts and content scheduling.
Learn and adapt to real estate industry processes and best practices.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems (Follow-Up Boss CRM experience preferred but not required).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about the real estate industry.

Requirements

Preferred candidates from Latin America for better time zone alignment, but open to other regions.
No prior real estate experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
