Role Description
The client is seeking an experienced Ads Manager / Social Media Specialist to develop and optimize high-performing ad campaigns.
- Plan, create, and manage YouTube and Facebook ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and performance (CPC, ROAS, CTR).
- Write compelling ad copy and design engaging creatives.
- Edit and refine ad funnels within Go High Level to improve conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Continuously test, adjust, and scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in paid advertising (YouTube and Facebook).
- Proficiency in Go High Level for ad and funnel management.
- Strong understanding of copywriting and ad performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Availability to work during Eastern Time zone mornings.
