Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Executive Virtual Assistant to support our growing mortgage brokerage, PropFunder, specializing in investment properties. This is a full-time, long-term role where you will be a key player in our daily operations, providing a mix of lead management, loan processing, administrative support, and more. - Lead Outreach and Nurturing: Engage with potential clients, moving them from cold leads to warm prospects through strategic follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
- Loan Processing Support: Assist in pricing loan options, presenting them to clients, and guiding them through the mortgage process for investment properties (not typical home loans).
- Document Collection and Submission: Gather required documentation from clients and submit it to lenders for processing.
- Appraisal Facilitation and Dispute Management: Help manage the appraisal process and assist in any necessary dispute resolution.
- Closing Process Management: Support clients throughout the closing process, ensuring everything is on track.
- Personal Admin Support: Handle administrative tasks such as bill paying, scheduling appointments, and calendar management.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)
- High computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Requirements
- Spanish language skills (a plus)
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adopt new tools and systems
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable working with clients and maintaining professionalism at all times
- Willingness to work during regular Eastern Time business hours (with flexibility for after-hours availability when needed)
Benefits

- Pay rate: $6 - $8
- Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm EST
- Target Start: May (earlier if possible)
