Role Description
This role involves acting as the primary contact for new client onboarding in the real estate sector.
- Guide clients through the initial steps and provide thoughtful “hand-holding” as needed
- Respond to client questions clearly and professionally, offering solutions without needing micromanagement
- Troubleshoot tech issues (e.g., portal access, form submissions)
- Collaborate to streamline and improve automation processes (goal is 90% automated)
- Assist with recruiting tasks, such as pre-screening or coordinating interviews if needed
- Represent the company with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
Qualifications
- Proactive decision-maker who takes ownership and solves problems independently
- Excellent English communication skills with a natural American-style tone
- Strong understanding of U.S. real estate terminology and workflows
- Experience in client-facing administrative or onboarding roles
- Ability to stay composed, confident, and articulate when under pressure
- Leadership mindset, you don't wait to be told what to do
- Comfort with CRMs, online forms, and automation tools
- Based in Latin America or South Africa for optimal cultural alignment and time zone coverage
Requirements
- C1 English level is required; the selected candidate will be speaking strictly in English during their whole shift

- Flexible hours within EST working time (8 AM to 7 PM EST)
- Pay rate: $6 to $8
