Then you help them get what they need to see value fast and stay with us for years. That journey, from first click to loyal customer, is yours to shape across all our products.

Demand and lifecycle matter equally here, because winning a customer and keeping one both drive revenue. You'll own our paid channels, with a paid media freelancer to support you, and you'll build alongside a team where every role fits together:

• A Content Manager who owns organic

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS builder: You've built demand generation and lifecycle programs in B2B SaaS, and you're deeply skilled in HubSpot.
• Revenue-first: You care most about revenue and know how to use signals and intent to cultivate buyers.
• Numbers person: You love funnel math and experiments, and you turn numbers into decisions.
• Customer-minded: You think like a customer and understand lifecycle frameworks.
• AI-fluent: You use AI every day and know it can't replace good thinking.
• Paid media savvy: You know enough to direct a freelancer and test across channels.
• Wildly organized, radically open: You communicate proactively and protect the trust we earn.
• Startup-ready: You're comfortable with startup chaos and know how to protect your plate.
• Great collaborator: You work well with sales, CS, product, and leadership.

Requirements

• Track what turns into closed deals, not just leads.
• Analyze conversion from first touch to closed deal.
• Run experiments to fix conversion issues.
• Build funnel dashboards and attribution in HubSpot and with AI.
• Nurture leads until they're ready to buy.
• Work with the BDR team to turn signals into action.
• Run campaigns from start to finish in HubSpot.
• Build sophisticated lifecycle and education paths.
• Align with BDR and sales leaders on targeting and feedback.
• Promote events and webinars, own registration and follow-up.
• Use AI and agentic tools in your core work.
• Keep the plan and the deadlines moving.
