[Hiring] Senior Tech Recruiter @Allshore Talent

Role Description

We’re growing our recruiting team and looking for a Senior Recruiter with at least five years of recruiting experience, a strong staffing agency background, and demonstrated success supporting U.S. clients and hiring across international markets. This is a hands-on role with a particular emphasis on proactive sourcing.

You should know how to find and engage qualified talent beyond inbound applications, build pipelines for challenging searches, and move suitable candidates through the process efficiently.

You’ll primarily recruit software engineers and other technical professionals, alongside project managers, enterprise platform specialists, sales professionals, and other business roles. Assignments may support AllShore Talent, our sister agencies, or a dedicated client recruiting team.

What you’ll do

• Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage recruitment from requirement clarification and sourcing through screening, assessments, candidate submissions, and interview coordination.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, talent communities, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and maintain qualified candidate pipelines across Pakistan and international markets, including the U.S., LATAM, EMEA, India, and the Philippines.
• Assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, motivation, and suitability for specific client requirements.
• Use our ATS and AI-assisted assessment workflows to keep recruitment organized, consistent, and efficient.
• Prepare clear, accurate candidate submissions that explain relevant strengths and fit.
• Support client intake discussions, clarify requirements, gather feedback, and maintain responsive communication throughout each search.
• Manage multiple active requisitions, allocating time according to agreed priorities while maintaining progress across your workload.
• Share proactive updates on pipeline progress, sourcing challenges, delays, and next steps. Seek clarification or support early when needed.
• Keep candidate records, recruitment activity, and next actions accurate and current in the ATS.
• Adapt to different client processes and collaborate across our network of agencies.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience, including substantial experience within a staffing or recruitment agency. Staff augmentation experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume agency recruitment, concurrent requisitions, and time-sensitive client needs.
• Strong technical recruiting experience, particularly hiring software engineers and related technology professionals.
• Excellent hands-on sourcing capabilities, including engaging passive candidates and developing pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions, with an understanding of how sourcing approaches and candidate expectations vary by market.
• Experience working directly with U.S. clients or hiring managers.
• Polished spoken and written English, with the confidence to participate in client calls and communicate clearly with candidates.
• Practical experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• The ability to work independently, learn new processes quickly, and deliver results with limited supervision.
• Availability to work the full required U.S. Central Time schedule.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience as a dedicated Talent Sourcer or in a sourcing-intensive recruiting role.
• Practical use of ChatGPT, Claude, AI interviewers, or other AI tools in recruitment, supported by sound judgment and careful review.
• Experience using Notion or another CRM, database, or workflow platform to organize recruiting information.
• Experience supporting a client as an embedded or dedicated recruiter.
• Offer management and compensation negotiation experience.

Working arrangement

This is a full-time employment opportunity based in Pakistan. The role is fully remote, with offices available in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad for those who prefer occasional in-person work.
