[Hiring] Senior Technical Recruiter @Cynet Systems

Role Description

Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting and sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, in addition to screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers. The candidate will pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings, assess qualifications and culture fit through behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations, submit qualified candidates to hiring managers, and prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners.

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension, and more.
• Develop strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualify and interview candidates, and present job offers.
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes.
• Uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies, and coach and guide managers accordingly.
• Operate with a high sense of urgency and action-oriented focus.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and related sourcing tools.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with high demand, metrics, and high expectations for output and data integrity within the ATS.
• Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously (30-35 requisitions).
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Level 3 requirement: Minimum of 6 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree. In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or an equivalent field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience is required.

Nice-To-Haves (Hard Skills)

• Experience in Engineering, IT, or Technical recruiting.
• Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience recruiting within the Aerospace and Defense industries is highly preferred.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience in Engineering recruiting.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting.
• Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment and interviewing, talent selection, and closing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
