Role Description

The SAP SuccessFactors COMP Consultant will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing Performance/Succession and Compensation workstreams to contribute to overall project success.
• Configuring systems in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
• Preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts, and supporting UAT.
• Performing cut-over, go-live, supporting hypercare, and documentation for knowledge transition.

Qualifications

• Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation Associate with ACTIVE certification.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors COMP.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360, Continuous Performance Management, and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning.
• Understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
• 3-6 years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors PMGM, Succession, and/or Compensation modules.
• Configuration and strong technical knowledge for PMGM, SPCDP.
• Integration experience with other SuccessFactors modules and SAP EC & other modules.
• Experience with story reports is a plus.
• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience required.
