Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our offshore team. In this end-to-end recruitment role, you will:

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for warehouse and logistics positions.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
• Manage candidate and client communications.
• Maintain rosters and provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience or a strong background in administration and customer service who is confident communicating with candidates and managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience is highly regarded; however, we are happy to consider candidates who are willing to learn but have strong admin and customer service background.
• Confidence in making a high volume of outbound calls and speaking with candidates over the phone for screening for jobs.

Benefits

• Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000 per month.
• Working Hours & Conditions: AU Working Hours and Holidays (Rotational Shifts).
• Working Arrangement: Full-Time Remote - Independent Contractor.
