Role Description

As a remote Recruiting Consultant, you will hustle daily to build deep, trust-based partnerships with specialized clinical providers. In this high-energy role, you will drive candidate pipelines through proactive cold outreach, rigorous candidate vetting, and precision matching against open healthcare client assignments. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an outcomes-focused recruiter to own full-lifecycle provider engagement, hitting key activity metrics while serving as a long-term advisor to medical professionals.

• Hunt down top-tier clinical providers through aggressive cold outreach (calls, texts, emails), creative sourcing channels, referrals, and digital campaigns.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets to consistently drive pipeline growth and business revenue.
• Conduct deep technical and cultural vetting of candidate personalities, competencies, and expectations to match them precisely with client facility needs.
• Serve as the primary, long-term point of contact for providers, cultivating loyalty and managing ongoing assignment details, expectations, and transitions.
• Convert high-caliber candidate conversations into market intelligence and business development leads to expand placement opportunities.
• Leverage candidate networks and post-placement follow-ups to turn every interaction into a continuous referral engine.
• Collaborate fluidly across internal credentialing, licensing, and operational teams to resolve provider needs and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume phone sales or recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency or staffing environment (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct high-volume phone outreach, cold-calling, and multi-channel candidate engagement (Required).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and written/spoken English communication skills (Required).
• Highly self-motivated and organized, with a proven track record of juggling multiple requisitions and meeting tight activity metrics (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (Preferred).
• Previous experience recruiting healthcare, locum tenens, or clinical professionals in a remote environment (Preferred).

Requirements

• Priority Location: Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, or South Africa (LATAM & South Africa focus)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Flexible overlapping core hours)
• Salary Range: Competitive USD ($) rate per month (The final offer is at our client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)
