Role Description
This role involves creating user experiences that enable the team to address critical business challenges. The position requires shipping customer-facing and internal tools while balancing immediate impact with a long-term vision.
- Design and optimize end-to-end experiences that power property management operations.
- Build user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Collaborate on scoping and prioritizing the roadmap.
- Analyze workflow efficiency and performance using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Develop A/B test hypotheses and propose data-driven experiments.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI to accelerate design and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience designing real-world workflows end-to-end, particularly with B2B or B2C SaaS-like products.
- Strong expertise in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with design systems.
- Strong product sensibilities to build experiences users love and that solve real problems.
- AI-first sensibilities, embracing new AI-driven tools for rapid prototyping and process automation.
- Familiarity with mobile and web technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, React components, SwiftUI).
- Working timezone overlaps at least 5 working hours with US Eastern.
Requirements
- Experience in creating and shipping user experiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Comfortable integrating AI-driven tools into development workflows.
