Role Description
Our client, a US-based company, is seeking a Social Media Virtual Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will manage the company’s social media accounts, create engaging content, and help to bolster the brand's online presence. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while playing an integral role in shaping the company's digital narrative.
- Develop, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interactions on all social media channels.
- Analyze social media campaigns and performance metrics to guide future content strategies.
- Research industry trends and audience preferences to provide relevant suggestions for content improvements.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Keep up with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices to enhance the company's online presence.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Social Media Virtual Assistant or in a similar role with a strong familiarity with various social media platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics and performance.
- Competence with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
- Basic graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools like Canva or Photoshop preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
