Role Description
This role involves building software that enables the team to tackle critical business challenges in the real estate sector.
- Pioneer AI advancements across the stack.
- Architect scalable backend systems.
- Orchestrate complex integrations with third-party APIs.
- Shape the roadmap and vision for AI initiatives.
- Continuously analyze and optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- Hands-on AI expertise with an AI-first mindset.
- Strong expertise in Python; React knowledge is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.
- Deep knowledge of AWS and cloud-based services.
- Strong product sensibilities to build user-friendly experiences.
- Entrepreneurial experience preferred.
- Working timezone overlaps at least 5 working hours with US Pacific.
Requirements
- Experience in shipping production applications.
- Ability to balance immediate impact with long-term vision.
- Motivation to understand the work of users to build effective tools.
- Comfort and confidence across any tech stack with deep expertise in one or more areas.
