Role Description

This role involves managing and optimizing resources across thousands of field work orders weekly, requiring an optimization virtuoso.

Leverage cutting-edge analytics, OR/LLM/AI tools, and automation frameworks to predict field needs, streamline workflows, and drive real-time resource optimization.
Integrate diverse inputs into a unified strategy for operational success.
Have input to the Fund's strategy, controlling the single largest lever on the entire OpEx.
Drive continuous improvement by pushing productive field hours to the max and rooting out inefficiencies.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in field resource management, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
A data-driven decision maker with a passion for turning raw numbers into actionable insights.
Expertise in operations research methodologies with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Full stack experience, comfortable with backend system implementation (experience with Python, Java, optimization tools).
An entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.
Working timezone overlaps at least 5 working hours with US Pacific.

Requirements

Experience in shipping production applications.
Ability to balance shipping fast for immediate impact and long-term vision.
Motivation to dive in and understand the work people do every day.
Excitement about building and running a $150M/yr business that operates like a startup.
