Role Description
We are currently recruiting NGO Travel Specialists to join the team and are interested in applications from experienced Travel Specialists as well as candidates who are interested in learning the role. You will receive comprehensive training covering all elements of the role including our reservations systems and processes.
- A passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self-motivation
- Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings
- Previous experience working as a Travel Specialist (desirable not essential)
- Experience of nett fares, including air passes and RTW fares (desirable not essential)
- Good CRS knowledge - Galileo preferable but training can be given
- The ability to achieve individual and team targets
Qualifications
- Experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant / NGO Travel Agent is preferred
Requirements
- Competitive salary between $54k - $56k (dependent on experience) plus OTE (uncapped, linked to performance)
- This is a remote role
- Hours of work: 5 weeks of Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:30pm (EST), 1 week of Monday to Friday 9:30am-6:15pm (EST); and 1 weekend shift in every 6 weeks in lieu of a weekday
