Role Description
M9 Solutions is seeking a Space Management Lead to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust.
- Develop deep experience in and knowledge of the client’s space management processes, procedures, and systems.
- Act for the client in the daily operation, to further and achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust.
- Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metro area.
- 5+ years of experience managing similar programs/projects.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing facility projects with specialized mission requirements.
- Experience with planning, design and construction.
- Experience developing and reviewing architectural, interior design and engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Experience developing space plans, furniture plans, assessing and managing space requests/requirements against space allocation and utilization criteria.
- Possess a degree from an accredited university in engineering or a related field.
- Possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent institution; or Professional Engineer (PE) license or Architectural Registration (license).
- Versed in computer programs such as RPMS to track real property.
- Track record of delivering complex, mission-enabling facility projects.
Requirements
- Full-Time Employee Compensation: M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
- Salary Range: $60,000 — $180,000 USD
