Role Description
M9 Solutions is seeking a Budget Analyst Lead to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust.
- Responsible for enforcing work standards across the Budget & Business Operations Team.
- Act for the client in the daily operation, to further and achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust.
- Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metro area for meetings, and may be required to be on-site during weekends or after hours in the event of a project related emergency.
- 5+ years of experience managing similar programs/projects/real property management in the federal government.
- 7+ years of supervisory experience.
- Experience assisting government agencies in the subject area of audit.
- Familiarity with budget and finance functions related to real property management in the federal government.
- Expertise in business process improvement related to infrastructure and construction within the federal government.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in civil engineering, architecture, or business, or an MBA.
- Possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), or Professional Engineer (PE) license or Architectural Registration (license).
- Skilled in the areas of budgeting, finance, and business operations.
- Versed in computer programs such as RPMS to track real property.

- Full-Time Employee Compensation: M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
- Salary Range: $60,000 — $180,000 USD
