Role Description
This role involves helping families secure their financial future as a Work-from-Home (WFH) Protection Specialist.
- Engage with individuals and families through virtual meetings to understand their financial protection needs.
- Provide expert guidance by offering customized insurance solutions that align with clients' goals.
- Assist with enrollment by walking clients through the application and enrollment process with care and professionalism.
- Deliver exceptional service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records by documenting interactions and policy details to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.
- Self-motivated and independent, thriving in a remote work setting with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using computer systems, virtual meeting platforms, and digital tools.
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to client needs.
- Home office setup with a Windows laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and a working camera.
