Role Description
As a Treasury Analyst in Financial Operations at Reserv, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future. Reserv will rely on you to ensure payment accuracy and compliance, serve our internal needs, and build trust with our customers.
- Manage loss fund payments, including reconciliation, assisting with audits, and ensuring we have the right processes to set ourselves up for success.
Qualifications
- Skilled in analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficient in gathering and translating financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects.
- A problem solver who can troubleshoot issues and collaborate cross-functionally to find solutions.
- Collaborative and comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Strong communicator, able to clearly articulate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experienced in working with enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365 Suite, Tableau or Looker (SQL), and other financial reporting and communication applications.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to change.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing loss funds, preferably with a TPA.
- Accounting / Finance Background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a strategic, creative mindset for developing innovative solutions.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant concepts like GAAP accounting practices and the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
- Advance skills in Excel and business intelligence tools, such as Looker, Tableau, etc.
- Experience with claims management systems, particularly Snapsheet, is a plus (but not mandatory).
