Role Description
As an AI Trainer in our Operations domain, you'll rate, review, and rewrite AI responses on the subject of Operations, Strategy, and Business Operations, all from the comfort of your own home.

You will:
- Train AI models by crafting and answering questions related to the topic of Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations
- Evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems
- Use your domain expertise to assess the factuality and relevance of text produced by AI models
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in operations management, business, strategic management or a related subject
- Ability to write engaging, accurate, and insightful content related to the Operations domain
- Research and fact-checking abilities
- Ability to speak/write fluently in English
- Demonstrate exceptional writing skills, with a focus on clarity, brevity, and engagement
Requirements
- Hourly rate: Up to US $125/hour depending on your level of expertise
- Rates vary based on expertise, skill assessment, location, project needs, and other factors
- Higher rates may be offered to PhDs
- Lower rates may apply for non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases
- Certain projects offer incentive payments
