Role Description

- Providing team guidance and offering expert technical advice.
- Collaborating with Senior Management to enhance operational efficiencies and streamline processes.
- Delegate and review less experienced team members' work.

Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for:
- Individuals
- Sole traders
- Partnerships
- Companies
- Trusts
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience in an Australian Public Practice Accounting firm.
- Strong team member management skills with the ability to motivate and hold team members accountable for their performance.
- At least 2+ years as a manager or team leader.
- Proven track record in workflow management and meeting client deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience serving a wide range of clients and industries.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Requirements
- Competitive Salary of Php 140,000 per month with benefits included in the package.
- Working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEDT/AEST.
- 20 days of paid leave + AU public holidays (with flexibility).
