Role Description
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive efficiency, manage financial operations, and support the Executive team.
- Oversee daily operations, improve processes, manage IT needs, and coordinate with teams.
- Assist the Executive team with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Handle bookkeeping, payroll, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Support training initiatives and track key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant or Bookkeeper with a degree in Accounting or related field.
- 4+ years of Australian Bookkeeping experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience with Xero, Microsoft Office, and SaaS platforms.
