Role Description

We are currently recruiting Business Travel Consultants to join the team and are interested in applications from experienced Business Travel Consultants as well as candidates who are interested in learning the role. You will receive comprehensive training covering all elements of the role including our reservations systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • A passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self-motivation
  • Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings
  • Previous experience working as a Business Travel Consultant (desirable not essential)
  • Experience of nett fares, including air passes and RTW fares (desirable not essential)
  • Good CRS knowledge - Galileo preferable but training can be given

Requirements

  • The ability to achieve individual and team targets
