Role Description
This role offers the flexibility of working from home while engaging with a prestigious luxury brand, providing you the chance to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clientele through various remote communication platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their unique preferences and needs.
- Assist clients with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable advice on the brand’s luxury offerings.
- Stay updated on product launches, promotional offers, and trends in the luxury market to enhance customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a positive and engaging customer experience.
- Address customer feedback and concerns with professionalism and care to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or high-level customer service is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- A genuine interest in luxury brands and an understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
- Able to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
