Role Description
The Implementation & Client Service Officer is dedicated to delivering customer-driven solutions that contribute to the profitability and growth of their dedicated client base.
- Deliver an excellent client service experience, enhancing existing relationships through improved service.
- Develop a service model and reputation that attracts new clients.
- Assist with client issues independently, proactively, and efficiently to the satisfaction of the client.
- Offer feedback and share best practices with team members to meet the current and future needs of the Bank.
- Support preparation of onboarding initiation, liaising with clients, Sales, and Operations to satisfy internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in Korean and English (written/spoken)
Requirements
- Technical/Implementation background/skills preferred
- Ability to work well within tight deadlines and good time management skills
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
