Role Description

TDI TSCO Korea Branch Operations provides operational support such as trade settlement, confirmation, reconciliation and regulatory reports for Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of investment banking products and processes including FX, Money Market, Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives.
Specialize in preparing local regulatory reports for key financial regulators such as Bank of Korea, Financial Supervisory Services (FSS), ensuring full compliance and reporting standards.
Lead and participate in regional and local projects aimed at system enhancements and process automation to meet regulatory requirements and improve operational efficiency.
Develop the document business requirements, creating key operational documents to support ongoing regulatory and business initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment banking operations covering areas of trade settlement, confirmations, reconciliation and regulatory reporting.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly in workflow automation to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of control, proactiveness, and self-discipline to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
Proven experience in managing and collaborating on internal and external projects with various stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong teamwork capabilities, contributing to the broader team’s success through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Fluent in both Korean and English.
