Role Description
This exciting role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education technology and committed to providing outstanding customer support. In this position, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to online learning platforms and EdTech products, offering solutions to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Deliver excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat communications in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to online learning tools and educational resources.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Guide users in navigating the online learning platform and troubleshooting any technical concerns.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and issues within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with educational technology trends and product updates to assist clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the EdTech sector, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Interest in online learning and technology-based educational products is advantageous.
