Role Description
This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about the telecommunications industry and strive to provide outstanding customer service. In this position, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services, help troubleshoot issues, and deliver support throughout their customer journey.
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Italian.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications services and products.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
- Provide clear and accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in telecommunications, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in telecommunications products and services is advantageous.
- Proficient in using technology and customer management software.
