Role Description
This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about online retail and delivering exceptional customer service. In this position, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries related to e-commerce transactions, product information, and order management. Your role will be vital in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and chat in Nordic languages.
- Assist customers with inquiries, order placements, and product information.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and product offerings to provide relevant assistance.
Qualifications
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Proficient in using digital tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
