Role Description
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and providing exceptional customer support. As a key member of the customer service team, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with inquiries related to electronics products, troubleshooting, and service inquiries, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Assist customers with inquiries about electronics products, including features, troubleshooting, and warranties.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector, is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic products and services is a plus.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management systems.
