Role Description
Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support representative to join our Transportation Services Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the Nordic region, helping them with inquiries related to transportation services.
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding transportation services and solutions.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Educate customers about our services and help guide them through processes.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to tackle challenges.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience with customer service software is a plus.
