Role Description

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and ride-sharing services and enjoy assisting customers in utilizing the app effectively.

Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking users of the ride-sharing app via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, ride bookings, payments, and app features.
Effectively resolve issues and complaints to ensure a positive experience for users.
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records of inquiries.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to address complex customer issues and provide solutions.
Educate users about app functionalities and best practices for using the ride-sharing service.
Gather customer feedback to help improve the app and service offerings.

Qualifications

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or transportation sectors.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
