- Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding digital marketing and SEO solutions.
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting issues and ensure they receive a prompt resolution.
- Document interactions meticulously to maintain comprehensive customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer management tools and software.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
