Role Description
Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT as an Italian Customer Care representative, where you can choose to work from vibrant Athens or from the comfort of your home anywhere in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, delivering exceptional support and assistance tailored to their needs.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to Italian clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, while effectively troubleshooting any issues they may face.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within our customer support system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and escalate cases as required.
- Strive to meet both individual and team performance goals to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep informed about product knowledge, service features, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage with customers professionally and courteously, building trust and long-lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus, especially in online or related industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with customer support platforms and CRM software is an advantage.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to work independently or collaboratively in either a remote or office environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and establishing positive relationships.
