Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an opportunity for Italian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our vibrant team! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals fluent in Italian who are keen on fostering positive online communities through effective moderation. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and quality standards.
- Engaging with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identifying, reporting, and addressing any inappropriate content or user behavior that violates community policies.
- Analyzing user interactions to gather insights and suggest improvements to enhance community engagement.
- Keeping up to date with brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging while moderating content.
- Collaborating with team members to establish and implement effective best practices for moderation.
- Providing constructive feedback on trends in content and user behavior to support continuous improvement in community management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and best practices in content moderation.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive topics and providing constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
