Role Description
This role involves serving as the key contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and guidance regarding their transportation needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages via email, phone, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to transportation services
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues
- Provide information on services, routes, and schedules
- Gather feedback from clients to help improve service delivery
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service strategies
Qualifications
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, ideally in transportation or logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach towards customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable using customer support software and tools
