Role Description
This role involves engaging with Italian-speaking clients to help them optimize their search engine strategies and enhance their digital marketing presence.
- Conduct personalized consultations with Italian-speaking clients, advising them on search engine optimization and effective marketing strategies.
- Assist clients with any technical issues related to their search engine accounts and advertising campaigns.
- Evaluate client objectives and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their online visibility and performance.
- Educate clients on the features and best practices of various search engine tools to maximize their effectiveness.
- Document client interactions and collect feedback to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technology.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and familiarity with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Commitment to helping clients achieve their digital marketing goals.
- Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
