Role Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of the Ride-Sharing App Department.

Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
Assist users with inquiries about ride-sharing services and app functionalities.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
Educate customers on app features and benefits to enhance their user experience.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
Collaborate with team members to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
