Role Description
This role involves assisting Nordic-speaking customers with inquiries related to streaming services, helping resolve issues, and providing excellent guidance to enhance their viewing experience.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to Nordic-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries about subscription details, account issues, and available content.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's customer management system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new content and updates on the streaming platform to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) is essential, along with English proficiency.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A passion for streaming services and entertainment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
