Role Description

This role involves leveraging your Italian language skills to assist our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service.

Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance service delivery.
Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
Assist clients in navigating our services and support them during their onboarding process.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
Engage in ongoing training sessions to remain informed about our products and customer support strategies.

Qualifications

Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to assist clients are crucial for success in this role.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
